The Hero VIP Club is our supporter membership. It's what keeps the feeding routes running between orders.
What members get
- Ongoing meals for stray dogs and cats at partner feeding stations, funded by your membership
- Monthly photo and video updates from the stations your support is feeding
Billing — this is a recurring charge
Every order on The Feeding Route includes a Hero VIP Club membership. Nothing extra is charged for it at the time of your order. 14 days after your order, the payment method you used at checkout is charged $29.99, and then $29.99 every 28 days after that, until you cancel. We email you a reminder 5 to 7 days before each charge and a receipt after each charge. Charges appear on your statement as FEEDTHESTRAYS.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, with no fee, including before the first charge:
- Online: use the Membership Cancellation link at the bottom of this site.
- By email: write to help@thefeedingroute.com from the email address you ordered with.
If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are never charged for the membership. If you cancel after a charge, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for and no further charges are made. We do not give partial refunds for unused days unless the law where you live requires it. If you think you were charged in error, contact us within 5 business days and we will fix it.
