Overview

This website is operated by MHMNUTRA LLC, doing business as The Feeding Route ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the additional policies linked here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The Feeding Route is a for-profit company. We are not a registered charity, and purchases are not tax-deductible donations.

1. Access and account

By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for keeping any account details and the email address you order with accurate and secure.

2. Our products

We sell jewelry and care packages and use a portion of the proceeds of every order to fund meals for stray and abandoned dogs and cats through partner feeding stations, as described on our product pages. We try to display product colors and details accurately, but natural stone beads vary and your bracelet may differ slightly from the photos. Photo updates show animals and feeding runs supported by our customers' orders collectively.

3. Orders

We may limit or cancel quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information for every order.

4. Prices and billing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change without notice; promotions are subject to their own conditions. You must provide valid payment information and you authorize us to charge it for your order, including any applicable taxes and fees. If a payment is declined, the order is not fulfilled. Charges appear on your card statement as FEEDTHESTRAYS.

4A. Billing terms — Hero VIP Club membership (recurring charge)

Every order on this store includes enrollment in the Hero VIP Club, a recurring paid membership. By placing an order you agree to these membership terms:

  • Nothing extra is charged for the membership at the time of your order.
  • 14 days after your order, the payment method you used at checkout is automatically charged $29.99 USD, and then $29.99 USD every 28 days after that, until you cancel.
  • We email you a reminder 5 to 7 days before each charge, and a receipt after each charge.
  • Membership funds ongoing meals at partner feeding stations and includes monthly photo and video updates.
  • You can cancel anytime, including during the first 14 days, using the Membership Cancellation page or by emailing help@thefeedingroute.com from the email address you ordered with. There are no cancellation fees.
  • If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are never charged for the membership. If you cancel after a charge, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, no further charges are made, and no partial refunds are given for unused days unless required by law.
  • If the membership price changes, we will notify you by email at least 60 days in advance, and you may cancel without penalty before the new price applies.

4B. Billing terms — your order

The bracelet or care package you order is charged once, for the total shown at checkout, when you place the order. The only recurring charge is the Hero VIP Club membership described in section 4A.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from carrier issues, customs inspections or events outside our control. Our Shipping Policy explains what we do when a package is delayed or lost, and our Refund Policy covers returns and refunds. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Optional tools and third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools and links that we do not control. They are provided "as is", and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.

8. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell to you. Shopify is not responsible for our products or for these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Feedback

If you send us comments, ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without compensation to you.

11. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times or availability. We reserve the right to correct them, and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to violate any law or regulation; to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect others' personal information; to spam, phish or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the site.

13. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Ending your use of the site does not by itself cancel a Hero VIP Club membership; cancel it as described in section 4A.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MHMNUTRA LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or membership charge in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MHMNUTRA LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies linked in them are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.

18. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice to you. You may not assign yours without our consent.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Changes to Hero VIP Club pricing are notified by email as described in section 4A.
