How do the animals actually get fed?

Your care package funds meals at partner feeding stations run by volunteer rescuers. Meals are delivered as food, photographed, and reported back to you.

What is the Hero VIP Club? Is there a recurring charge?

Yes. Every order includes a Hero VIP Club membership, which is a recurring charge. Nothing extra is charged for it today. 14 days after your order, the card you used at checkout is charged $29.99, and then $29.99 every 28 days after that until you cancel. We email you a reminder 5 to 7 days before each charge. Membership funds ongoing meals on our feeding routes and includes monthly photo and video updates.

You can cancel anytime, with no fee, including before the first charge: use the Membership Cancellation link at the bottom of this site, or email help@thefeedingroute.com from the email address you ordered with. If you cancel in the first 14 days you are never charged. If you cancel after a charge, it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for and no further charges are made. Charges appear on your statement as FEEDTHESTRAYS. Full details are on our Hero VIP Club page.

How will I see proof?

A first email with photos as soon as your meals reach the animals, then a monthly update showing how they're doing.

Is this a tax-deductible donation?

No. The Feeding Route is operated by MHMNUTRA LLC, a for-profit company, not a registered charity. Your purchase funds meals through our partner feeding stations but is not a tax-deductible donation.

Email help@thefeedingroute.com or call 1-800-213-4124 within 30 days and we'll make it right.
